Content Guidelines

When submitting personalised content, please note that I cannot print:

Content that promotes or incites violence
Racist, sexist, or discriminatory content targeting any group of people
Material that could reasonably be considered offensive or harmful

I reserve the right to decline any order containing content we deem inappropriate at my sole discretion. If I'm unable to fulfil your order for these reasons, you'll receive a full refund.

Museum-quality giclée print

Each print uses fine art Giclée printing technology, producing extraordinarily detailed and vibrant results. Premium water-based archival inks create stunning, gallery-worthy prints with exceptional colour accuracy.

Premium matte paper for lasting quality

I'm choosing to print exclusively on premium 200 gsm archival-quality matte paper with a velvety, non-reflective surface that enhances both the visual appeal and tactile experience of your poster. The subtle texture distinguishes fine art prints from ordinary posters while eliminating glare, providing exceptional colour depth.

Giclée prints are designed to last 100-200 years in optimal conditions, using fade-resistant inks that ensure the prints maintain their beauty.

Sustainable production near you

Depending on your location, your order will be printed at a production facility nearest your address: in the UK, the US, the Netherlands, or Australia. I work with partners to produce each planner only after you place your order, eliminating waste from unsold inventory and avoiding the use of plastics, all to reduce the carbon footprint. Each piece will be carefully inspected for quality and packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

The personalised posters you see here truly elevate when framed in one of the premium wooden frames. Frames are crafted from sustainably sourced wood and delivered ready to hang.

The frame has a 2×2cm / 1×1in profile, so please add 5cm / 2in to the overall print dimensions. For example, a framed standard print (60×90cm / 24×36in) measures 65×95×2cm / 26×38×1in.

Prints are mounted behind a perspex glazing, which is lighter and tougher than glass.

All of the products you see here come robustly packaged.

Unframed prints will come rolled, sent in a recycled cardboard tube or a cardboard box (EU only). They come wrapped in tissue paper for extra protection.

Framed prints are flat-packed in a heavy-duty recycled cardboard box, enhanced with cardboard corner guards and an extra cardboard layer over the print surface to minimise the risk of damage in transit.

Larger framed prints are also bubble-wrapped for added protection. While not ideal from a sustainability perspective, it reduces the risk of products being damaged and needing to be replaced. I'm actively exploring ways to reduce the use of bubble wrap and, where practicable, use bubble wrap that can be recycled at special collection points.

Locations

We're happy to ship this product to most addresses worldwide. Depending on your location, your poster will be shipped from the production facility nearest your address: the UK, US, EU, or Australia, so no extra duties or tariffs are required.

Your order can be delivered to virtually any address internationally. However, specific addresses might have sizing limitations – if a delivery partner in your country can't ship our largest framed items, you will see a notification during checkout.

Shipping prices, times and providers depend on your location. You'll see estimates after adding your products during checkout.

Times

Unframed prints will be dispatched within 2 days of you confirming your proof, which is usually up to 5 days after placing your order, as we need this time to personalise your print. Framed prints can take up to 5 days after you've confirmed your proof.

I offer a 14-day return policy for items that do not meet your expectations, are damaged, or have print quality issues. This means you have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return. I offer free return shipping for items that have print quality issues.

As each order is custom-printed just for you, I can't accept returns if you simply changed your mind. You can cancel and receive a full refund before your item enters production, usually within a couple of hours. Once in production with my printing supplier, I can no longer guarantee a cancellation.
